Donald Tyson's Soul Flight

Soul Flight, Donald Tyson, Llewellyn, 320pp

A pretty rudimentary tract on astral projection and remote viewing from the people who bring you rudimentary tracts on just about everything.
Tyson’s brilliance shines through the restrictions of Llewellyn’s submission format. The first 150 pages are so completely useless that I literally tore them off the front of the book and threw it out- that is unless you’ve never heard anything about astral projection ever and are desperately looking for someone to tell you absolutely everything about it. That said, the section on practice is top-notch (if not a bit pedantic) and explores various methods of basic astral pathworking and skill-building.
